In this virtual, two hour workshop you will first learn how stress responses shape our parenting experiences, build your self-compassion and develop greater awareness of your thoughts, feelings and physical experiences. Hannah Lee, LSW will discuss reactive parenting patterns, how to challenge them and how to connect with your child in a difficult moment. Registration required.
