Description
Activities will include yoga, meditation and breathing exercises and a mindful movement workshop along with an active warm-up. At the end of the event, partners will offer swag to participants. Athletic clothes and socks are encouraged; a small snack will be provided. Recommended for girls in first-fifth grades.Â
