Event celebrating the history and culture of downtown Lockport features parade, carnival, music, craft fair, family activities, horse-drawn wagon tours, tour of the 1907 Hydraulic Power Plant, food and entertainment.

Event times: 2-11:30 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m.-midnight Friday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday.
