Explore Juniper Junction, a large-scale model train display inside the Firefly Pavilion at The Morton Arboretum. Kids can wander through a miniature world of trains and buildings built close to their scale, while adults enjoy the detailed scenes. The display is indoors and outdoors, so families should dress for the weather.
Event cost: Included with Arboretum general admission. Arboretum members are free. A $10 member add-on admission is available.
Event times: Feb. 14-22. Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday-Sunday 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
