FAMILY FUN CALENDAR

Join in a Zoom event and make art guided by art therapist Kristi Gmutza. Kristi has over 15 years experience and specializes in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and behavioral issues with both children and adults.

Open to all, Community Art Days are a great opportunity for everyone within the adoption and birthmother communities to come together. Each participant will have an occasion to introduce themselves, bringing families together, despite the physical distance. Ideas for inspiration and themes, as well as demonstrations of art techniques, will be provided. Artwork created will have the opportunity to be featured in a large digital mural.

Inside each kit, families will find: mini canvas boards, crayons, markers, glue sticks, colored pencils, water color paints, and acrylic paint pots.

Founded in 2001 by adoption professionals, adoptive parents and a birthparent, On Your Feet Foundation was the first organization dedicated to providing post-placement services to birthparents who have placed their child for adoption. Recognizing the lack of available support, On Your Feet’s founders focused on helping clients build a better life by giving them the tools they need through case management and coaching, monetary grants and through the creation of a community of birthparents.

Event Cost: $25 per kit, $70 for family of 4
