Description

Learn how to navigate using orienteering skills, create snowshoes and backpacks from natural materials and track animals that make the Forest Preserves their home during winter. Snowshoeing and sledding will be available (weather permitting). Jan. 14: Caldwell Woods Warming Shelter; Jan. 28: Dan Ryan Woods Pavilion; Feb. 11: Thatcher Woods Pavilion; Feb. 25: Rolling Knolls Forest Preserve.
