Description

Participating retailers in Highland Park's downtown shopping district will be giving candy and other treats. Guests will also enjoy free pony rides and hayrides at Port Clinton Square, as well as face painting, a costume contest and other Halloween-friendly activities at Renaissance Place. Plus, the public is invited to dance the afternoon away with music and DJ entertainment, as well as other fun-filled Halloween-themed activities, plus refreshments, a photo booth and street entertainers. Costumes are welcome.
