FAMILY FUN CALENDAR

At this fun, family-focused event, First Alert, Lowe's, and fire officials will host fire and CO safety activities. Firefighter hats for kids and activity worksheets will be provided, along with educational handouts for adults to teach families about the importance of equipping their homes with smoke and CO alarms, as well as planning and practicing a fire escape plan. Children will participate in fire safety activities, such as building wooden fire trucks as part of Lowe's Build and Grow program. Each child will receive a project kit equipped with goggles, an apron, and fire safety patch. At the Naperville location, kids can also meet Firefighter Dayna Hilton and Molly the Safety Dog from the Keep Kids Fire Safe Foundation.
