Description

Join Kids' Yoga instructor Merril Doty for a journey of meditation through the vehicle of play. Merril guides kids through a mindful and fun experience using different tools, toys, visualizations, breathing games, and coloring to help focus on what brings happiness and peace. All activities and art supplies are provided.
