The menu lists choices such as the Nanadict, the Bridgeport restaurant's take on eggs Benedict with chorizo, poached eggs and poblano cream over housemade pupusas; a grilled tofu scramble with seasonal vegetables and choice of chorizo or soyrizo; pear butter-stuffed French toast with vanilla brioche, housemade pear butter, mascarpone mousse, caramel poached pears and chai crème anglaise; and pumpkin pancakes with cream cheese custard and candied pecans.
