Description

There will be a variety of activities including Body Composition Testing, Bounce House Obstacle Course and Basketball Shot Clock Challenge. There will be age group challenges for up to 5; 6-8; 9-12; 13-18; and 19 and above. Plus, Les Mills GRIT Strength for Adults, Les Mills BodyPump, Les Mills GRIT For Kids Families, Pool Relay Race for Kids Families, Swim Assessments and Tug O War.
