Cook along with Hilton Chicago's Executive Chef Mario Garcia just in time for Memorial Day. He'll be cooking up some of his favorite recipes, sharing clever techniques and cool presentation alternatives for your holiday weekend and summer meal planning. The cook along is a perfect family afternoon diversion too, as he'll have cooking activities that can easily be recreated by kids and demonstrated by his little sous chefs, the chicks.
