Description

A giant, immersive installation ball pit comprised of a tall enclosure which creates a large, open room filled with more than a million antimicrobial and recyclable plastic balls. Deck chairs, lifeguard chairs, umbrellas and signage mimic the sensation of a day at the beach, complete with a pier from which onlookers can watch and revel in the installation below. The Beach Chicago is presented by Navy Pier and Expo Chicago, and supported the Chicago Free For All Fund at the Chicago Community Trust, Hilton Worldwide and the Navy Pier Associate Board.

Event Cost: Free.

Event Times: 11 a.m.-6 p.m. daily, Jan. 19-Feb. 3.
