Grab your kites and join Fort Frankfort at Commissioners Park to celebrate “Flying for Kids Month”, a statewide kite fly to promote park districts, recreation agencies and the Park District Youth License Plate. Bring your own kite or borrow one from the Park District to fly. For all ages.
