- Explore the outdoors. Bundle up and embrace the winter weather with outdoor adventures like sledding, ice skating, or snowshoeing at local parks. Kline Creek Farm, part of the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County, puts on a Farmhouse Tour for kids of all ages.
- Make a coyote connection. Get an up close look at a coyote at the Cosley Zoo located in Wheaton. The zoo runs a 30-minute program called Coyote Connection for kids of all ages to observe a coyote training session, where visitors learn the important role the animals play in our environment. Cosley Zoo is also certified sensory inclusive.
- Cozy up inside with a movie night. Make movie nights extra special for kids and adults alike with the addition of a fun treat like a hot chocolate bar.
