New Chicago ordinance aims at concussions in kids, but is it enforceable?

The City of Chicago passed an ordinance Thursday requiring any student who is suspected of suffering a concussion to be sidelined immediately. But experts say it will be hard to enforce and athletes say playing through injury is common.
