I enjoy writing and teaching yoga to adults, children and in the office workplace. I'm currently on a career break as a project manager in IT  to spend time with my three daughters. I'm a disciplinarian but still keep time spent with the kids playful and fun. I parent in a non-controlling environment, allowing my kids to explore and learn on their own under my guidance. I believe in leading by example, which I admit isn't always easy to do! I hope my girls will grow up viewing me as one of their role models and sometimes that means taking my own timeouts to model the right behavior!
