Ryan Salzwedel

Blogger, Parent Panelist

Ryan currently lives in Uptown with his wife, Pascale and 5 year old son, Leo and works in Chicago as an actor and on-air host. His parenting philosophy is something along the lines of: "Play dumb, so when the fit hits the shan, you have no accountability." He also lives by the "Gladiator code" of either thumbs up or thumbs down. When not working or parenting he spends his time reading books that have lots of pictures and lifting very heavy objects at the gym. He enjoys a good cup of coffee and cheesy 80s and 90s music. He grew up a Bears fan in a Packer household and stays out of the Cubs/Sox rivalries unless it there's a free beer in it for him. More fun stuff on Ryan can be found anytime a ryansalzwedel.com.
