Cathy Cassani Adams
Contributor and Blogger
Cathy Cassani Adams is searching for greater meaning and higher purpose. To find answers she has taken many different paths, from the aisles of the self help section to the workshops of educators and gurus, to her past experience as a clinical educator and child and family therapist at Children's Memorial Hospital, to her current work as a PCI Certified Parent Coach and yoga instructor. But her greatest lessons come from her three beautiful daughters, ages 6, 5, and 2. They demonstrate what it means to be present, enjoy the moments, and live a truly authentic life. Her parenting experiences led to her first book, "The Self-Aware Parent: 19 Lessons for Growing with Your Children." Cathy lives with her family in Elmhurst and she can be found at www.cathycassaniadams.com.
