Nonprofit organization offering
both therapeutic and recreation programs for kids with special
needs. All programs allow children to develop muscle tone, core
strength, spatial awareness, bilateral coordination, socialization
and confidence while having a blast. Volunteer
buddies from local high schools help in all recreation classes.
Gymnastics Therapy available in Downers Grove, Mundelein and Lake
Forest. Therapy is taught by a licensed therapists and is insurance
eligible. Sunday Fitness class "Raise the Bar" in Northbrook
includes fitness, strength training, gross and fine motor
activities and sports. Martial Arts is in Deerfield on Saturdays.
Summer gymnastics class in Downers Grove. Individual school gym
programs provided either in school or at gymnastics center.
