Problems with chair stair lift

I understand from Integrity Home Lifts that you are the Wheeling subsidiary of TK Acess which was origionally Access Industries. Many years ago I purchased a chair stair lift from them. I am having a problem with the on the wall remote controls. Can you help or recommend someone closer to my area that I can contact????? I live in Elk Grove Village. Thank you for your time. .
