More than 2 million people flock every year to this state park that gets its name from a standoff between the native Potawotami and Illiwinek tribes in the mid-18th century. It continues to host Native American celebrations throughout the year, including the 2011 Honor the Eagle Powwow, though it's most famous for its 13 miles of well-marked trails and plentiful waterfalls.
