This hip boutique hotel at the corner of Rush and Ontario passed the test with our staff reviewer and her family. Kid friendly, but not necessarily kid-proof, the hotel provides free car service with car seats and boosters. Kids especially loved the suite's screening room filled entirely with a giant bed and cushions, where they could watch movies projected onto an entire wall in Bose surround sound. Family fare abounds, including brunch options filled with kid-friendly breakfast foods. The Family Adventurer with Paul Frank package (starting at $399) includes two city passes to five Chicago attractions, milk and cookie turndown, a child-size pair of Paul Frank pajamas and in-room breakfast for two.
