In the Polar Play Zone, kids can get a diver's eye view of all kinds of sea creatures, including otters, dolphins and beluga whales, plus they can touch a live sea star. Sharks swim around visitors and sting rays swim below their feet in Wild Reef. This summer, check out Stingray Touch, an outdoor exhibit with live stingrays. Parents think...MY KIDS DIDN'T LEARN ANYTHING...THEY WON'T....and DIDN'T LIKE IT. The Shedd is FULLY AWARE that it IS A SHOW....NOT A LESSON....NOT SCHOOL...(and of course the same kids from the other comment will be SKIPPING SCHOOL in a few years...I guess thats how much they LOVE LEARNING) OH NO......Killer Whales will get them to stop skipping school and get them not to flunk out. the Person from the other comment dosen't need a trip to THE SHEDD....but a trip to FANTASY LAND where THEY BELONG.
