The expanded spaces include a new Tot Spot and a Baby Spot. Be sure to check out the permanent exhibit on agriculture with a real tractor to drive and cows to milk. Newest exhibit Build It! Make It! (through Jan. 4) features a variety of building materials for kids and families to play with ideas, explore materials and tinker with tools.

The Museum features 250 hands-on exhibits, a planetarium, news studio, special area for children under 6, and an award-winning outdoor science park. Indoor galleries include exhibits on the human body, simple machines, color and light, weather, flight, electricity and magnetism and the science of sports. Discovery Center also boasts the nation's first community-built outdoor science park...8,000 square feet of wooden fun including a two-story maze, water play area, and dinosaur fossil dig pit.
