The Elk Grove Historical Museum provides an educational opportunity for all ages interested in rural life in the nineteenth century and the history of Elk Grove Village and Township. The newest exhibit "The Green Scale" invites visitors to weigh in on global environmental practices such as renewable energy, landfill mining, and recycling through a variety of interactive components.
