Features live music, games, a cash bar and more than eight different takes on the hot dog from around the country. Authors Bruce Kraig and Patty Carroll will be featured speakers about hot dog culture in America and their book "Man Bites Dog". Adding to the festive atmosphere, the Chicago History Museum house band, Rusty and the Artifacts, will play classic Chicago blues music on the back steps of the museum.
