Features fun for the entire family and guest speaker Randall C. Dunn, head of school at the Latin School of Chicago. Other highlights include patriotic music, a reading of the Declaration of Independence, and a children’s costume parade led by the World’s Tallest Uncle Sam. Following the festivities, the museum is open, noon-4:30 p.m., with free admission for Illinois residents.
