A neighborhood rich in African-American history on the South Side, Bronzeville is home to the DuSable Museum of African-American History (740 E. 56th Place). Kids can burn off some energy at Washington Park, adjacent to the museum. Enjoy comfort food at Chicken & Waffles (3947 S. Martin Luther King Drive).
