Maple Syrup Time
By Lori Smerz on Friday, September 30, 2011
As a family of four, we went a few years back when the boys were 4 and 3. The tour started with the cutest puppet show about how maple syrup was discovered and how it tapped and processed now. I learned a lot. Then, they took us on a short tour and showed us the trees that were being tapped. Lastly, we were able to sample the sap from the tree. I look forward to this event each year.
