What FUN!

By Gerri Moodie on Friday, September 30, 2011

Took my grandson to this event in Hartford last year and Boston this year. We had a ball! Not only did he love all the legos, he also had a ball with the many other attractions the event had to offer (i.e. the lego race cars were a huge hit!)

we loved it

By Robin on Friday, September 30, 2011

We thought kid fest was awesome - there were SO many legos that you simply could not run out of legos. We built and built - and there were lots of creative ways to do so. If your kids were bored, then your kids are not that into legos.

"It's all about the fun!"

By Dave & John Xandegar on Friday, September 30, 2011

We think Liz is right! We're on the other side of this coin, as Father & Son Professional Lego Artists from the Chicago area. We've been doing Exhibits, Children's Workshops, and Classroom Lectures for a couple of years...and not everything is always perfect, but Kids of all ages love Lego! We'd like to ask all of you who read this to tell your Children that Dave & Johnny want them to have fun...but don't go running off from your Folks in a crowd that size. It's important for the Family to stick close together. We'd love to meet you all...stop by our "briXwerX" booth and say hi!

Going to the event again

By Liz S. on Friday, September 30, 2011

My kids went to the event in Boston with their father and had a great time. They want to go again with me because there were some things they didn't have time to do. Their excited to go again. Everybody has an opinion of course, but it seems that the kids had fun which is all that matters at a kid event.

Did we go to the same show?

By Diana Nichols on Friday, September 30, 2011

I took my kids to the Boston show (we were in New Hampshire visiting relatives) and we had a ball! The models were fantastic, my kids (6 and 9) spent hours building and playing with other kids. Sounds like from the reviews a few people had a bad time. Sure it was crowded, but what do you expect for a kids show? We're going again here on Halloween morning. You couldn't keep my son away if you tried.

Don't waste your money

I strongly urge any parents looking to spend money on this event to read the negative reviews of the Boston event on the Lego KidsFest Facebook page and at Bostoncentral.com
