Norwegian Constitution Day Parade steps off at 1 p.m. at Talcott and Cumberland and ends at Hodges Park. The parade will feature local marching bands, singing societies, folk dancers and Scandinavian organizations in ethnic costumes. Pre-parade festivities in Hodges Park beginning at noon include vendors, activities for children, refreshments and entertainment.
