Celebrate Mexican culture and family wellness at this free festival. Starting with a 2-mile fitness walk from the National Museum of Mexican Art in Pilsen to the UIC Pavilion at 10 a.m., the festivities continue with interactive games, art, performances, fitness activities and giveaways.
