This all-American burger joint features burgers with a healthy twist. All beef is hormone-free, chemical-free, steroid-free and free range. The chicken and turkey burgers are free-range and raised humanely without antibiotics or growth hormones and locally sourced from a farm in central Illinois. Wild Alaskan salmon burgers with fresh salmon flown in from Alaskan fishermen and three vegan burgers are also on the menu. All of the buns are made in Everest's on-premise bakery from organic flour and feature whole wheat, gluten-free and vegan versions.
