He has an incredible combo of caring and concern and also enough experience to know how to guide parents from babyhood to teenage years. He takes parental worries seriously and also can tease out what is truly important, and what will be just fine on its own. The kids love him and he treats them with respect and as people in their own right, and he feels like a doctor from a different era - more concerned with taking care of the family than with the plummeting insurance reimbursements that plague all doctors right now!
