She always greets us with a smile and hello. She asks us how we are with great sincerity, and listens to our problems or questions with great interest. She answers the question thoroughly. My babies are not sure whether to smile because she's so warm or to start crying right away because they know what they are there for, which is usually shots. She is very patient when the babies are nervous and do not want to be touched for a checkup. She comforts them and says that it'll be ok.
