Dr. Roma Franzia sets the standard for what ALL doctors should aspire to. From the moment you enter her office you feel surrounded by warmth and friendly staff. My children and I consider it a treat to go to her office. We look forward to going and find ourselves hoping to be kept waiting (which rarely ever happens) and don’t want to leave. The attention to detail in her practice is astounding. Beyond the separate sick/well waiting rooms the décor is breathtaking and lush. Each treatment room is themed with gorgeous custom murals that cover all walls & ceilings, giant animal treatment tables, books (for children and adults), toys and child size furniture in all rooms make the children feel at home. Every nook and cranny is filled with a something lovely to look at right down to the decorative drains in the sinks! Dr. Franzia is a mother herself and treats her patients as she would her own children. She holds herself accountable to all her patients and is available round the clock. She was severely injured in an accident several months ago during which she saved her daughter's life. Despite debilating injuries she was back in her office just days later because of her extreme devotion to her patients. Her attention to detail led her to discover issues with my children that other pediatricians simply missed and even spans to pain management. Dr. Franzia utilizes numbing patches and numbing spray that make shots virtually painless. Her bedside manner is so comforting for both parent and child. I wish that every doctor could be like Dr. Franzia, and we love her like a member of our family.
