Dr. T is a member of a large practice but you never feel that way when you see him. He remembers what's been going on with us, and often asks about my other boys if they aren't with us for an appt. He has an amazing bed side manner and makes me kids feel comfortable. But I think the most important thing for me is that he actually listens to me as a mom. When I have concerns he genuinely listens and explains our options. He gives his opinion, which usually feels like the sympathetic opinion of a fellow parent rather than the judgmental influence of some doctors, but often leaves the final decision on many matters up to us.

Dr. Terkildsen has excellent bedside manor with the kids as well as with the parents. He is equally able to relate to very young children as well as older kids. Dr. Terkildsen is patient, calm, and has a good sense of humor. I never feel rushed and he always listens carefully to my concerns. It is a huge relief to know that we have Dr. Terkildsen to rely on for our son's medical needs. My husband and I definitely feel he is like our partner in parenting our children.
