He takes the time to explain what the illness is, what treatment should be, what to expect. He writes it all down so you can look back on what he talked about, and you walk out feeling like you are empowered. As a parent I know what's ailing my child and what I should do! Dr. Cooper takes the time to listen and really pay attention to my daughter. It's the time and care that make him an outstanding doctor!
