She has a wonderful bedside manner, is excellent with my daughter, listens to my questions or concerns, takes time and does not rush through appointments, seems to genuinely love children and has even returned calls herself when it's important. When my daughter was first born and received a positive blood test for CF, she called us personally (before we even had met her) and explained things to us, answered our questions and set us up with a specialist for the next week. I feel she goes the extra mile for her patients and that makes her number one in our book!
