As simple as it seems, she remembers my kids and their medical/personality history without looking at a chart. A simple thing, but I know she truly cares about my family as a whole. She never rushes through a visit and has both practical and medical advice to give. Although we have moved and could have picked a doctor closer, we choose to go downtown because we love her so much.
