Josh treats my kids with respect and humor. They have really formed a bond with him and actually enjoy going to the doctor. He has also been very helpful to me and my husband. We don't always agree on how to do things, and Josh is a great sounding-board who listens to both of us and gives his opinion in a manner that we both find respectful and helpful.
