Dr. Betancourt came to see my son soon after he was born. She has been with him every since. My son had severe issues as a infant and she was able to tell right away. She was also able to tell he had issues with his adenoids by his breathing which turned about to be a mass. She can tell right away when something needs more support quickly!

My girls love Dr. Betancourt. Even at ages 8 and 15 yrs she makes them feel very special and they trust her. The entire staff is friendly and takes great care of them.

Dr. Betancourt talks directly to my children and looks them in the eye. They know they matter to her, and we know she has our family's best interests at heart. We trust her to provide us outstanding medical care and to answer all our questions, no matter how silly or involved they may be. She is dedicated to high-quality care, and we pass her name along to every parent we know!

Dr. Betancourt truly remembers me and my children every time we come in. She gets down to their level and involves them in the process of their checkup, from letting them hold her stethoscope to letting them check her ears if they are afraid. My 2.5 year old daughter is EXCITED to go to the doctor and waves every time we pass by the office.

Very friendly, understanding and spends time listening to her patients. She always remembers us and addresses us by name, our girls love her, and are not afraid to come into her office.

Dr. Betancourt is a wonderful pediatrician. She is so nice, caring and makes you feel comfortable no matter what. When I hear my friends tell horror stories about their pediatrician's, I feel so lucky to have Dr. Betancourt as mine.
