Dr. Jim is one of the kindest and most responsive docs I have ever known. Every day he chooses a kitchy watch to wear out of what must be an endless collection. Every time I take my kids (even my 11 year old) to his office, the entire ride there is spent guessing which watch he will have on when they get there. He always takes time to share a story and put them (and me) at ease. He (along with his partner Dr. Mary Hall) is responsive, proactive, compassionate and supportive and although we now live in the northwest suburbs, we drive 40 minutes each way to see him and receive his unprecedented care.
