She is warm, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and extremely patient with endless parent questions. She is constantly reassuring and offers positive reinforcement to the children, without talking down to them. From birth to 11, she has been our trusted source of information and advice.

She is so warm and nurturing with the kids. She is so thorough and patient in answering questions. She's got many years of experience and she speaks from a mother's perspective many times. Once some other docs were a bit stumped on my son's condition and she figured it out! She's helped us tremendously and she's a wonderful resource and support for our son.
