Vivian is above the most knowledgable and diligent physician I have ever known. We have a rare lung condition in our family and she is right on top of the latest and most effective treatments available. She goes out of her way to communicate with drug companies and insurance folks to ensure coverage and minimal cost to patients. I can't say enough good things about her. She is like no other and I will follow her where ever she practices. She makes the effort and takes the time to be more than a white coat and prescription pad. I value our patient/doctor relationship tremendously.

She doesn't make me feel bad for being sick. She knows what I need to do to feel well and always gives me free samples. She's always willing to talk and see how I'm doing. She is always accessible, which is important when you have lung disease.

Dr. Chou is extremely knowledgeable and really listened to us to make the most accurate diagnosis.
