The staff always seems to know you. And I in particular like the way Dr. Richmond treats my 10 year old daughter. When it's her appointment, he speaks directly to her and asks her questions, and puts down her answers. He always seems to have enough time (or makes enough time) so you don't feel rushed. He is also an outstanding allergist and immunologist. I actually was referred by an allergist to him because my problems were so severe that others didn't know what to do. He did and as a result I am significantly better.
