Franklin Lake, hang out in one of our cozy cabins, and enjoy yummy
campfire food on a cookout! You'll meet people from all over
the world, learn from skilled and caring staff, and have the best
summer of your life!
Camp Nicolet is open to girls ages 7 through 17, with enrollment
limited to 100 campers per session. A camper/staff ratio of 3:1
ensures high-quality instruction and personal attention.
The camp motto is "Learning To Live Together." We believe that the
appreciation and understanding of other people and our environment
will result in lasting values, ideals, and friendships.
Campers represent as many as twenty states and countries including
China, England, France, Germany, Mexico, and Spain. Camp Nicolet
welcomes diversity and the opportunity to share the camping
experience with people from all different backgrounds.
Session offerings include 2, 4, 6, and 8-week programs, or a
combination thereof. Three days/week of Horseback Riding is
included in basic tuition, along with weekly laundry service and a
camp store allowance.
Established in 1944, camp is family owned and operated and will
soon celebrate its 70th anniversary. Camp owners Georgianna and
Jeremy Starz are full-time residents of the property and are proud
of the quality camping experience their family has offered for
decades to campers from around the world.
Camp Nicolet is accredited by the American Camp Association.
