They seemed to have the best price, offer everything we needed, and the reviews were quite encouraging. He invited me to his office to view linen samples, but since I am a teacher and an after school track coach, that did not quote work out. So instead he offered to bring the samples to our house. He had this huge binder with every color, pattern, and fabric possibly immaginable. I was so impressed with the selection. Now to fast forward to wedding day... The linens were delivered to the banquet hall and installed by his crew exactly when they were supposed to. I could not be more pleased! |

After making a few excused (traffic) and promises (we'll be there at 12:30) they stopped taking our calls and decided to not deliver at all! |

Company did not return phone calls or provide any status as it essentially ignored all phone calls that day. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AS WE, and 30+ kids at a block party, WERE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND LET DOWN BY PARTY CASTLE RENTALS. |

Rented a heated tent from Castle for a grand opening in Chicago. Great communication throughout the whole rental process. Product was flawless as promised and overall was a great value.
