Professionally facilitated 6-week educational and support program for first-time moms of babies 0-6 months old. Group discussion topics include adjusting to the transition to motherhood, working through challenging relationships with partners, family, and friends, finding personal and professional life balance, sleeping and feeding (breastfeeding and bottle) concerns, body image issues, and much, much more. All groups are run by a licensed clinical social worker and certified Gentle Sleep Coach with experience working with new moms and expertise with new mom resources in the community.
